Leslie Fincke

Leslie Fincke is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Partner Experience Manager at Walden Mutual Bank since February 2023, Leslie also holds the position of Founder & Chief Solutionist at BUOY Solutionists. Previously, Leslie worked as Operations Coordinator at the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies to support victims of domestic and sexual abuse. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness and Marketing Specialist at the Concord Food Co-op. As the owner of Francie's Boutique, Leslie successfully opened two women’s consignment shops in Massachusetts. With a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Government from Georgetown University, Leslie’s extensive expertise spans various industries, including retail, marketing communications, and customer service.
