Charles O. Heller

Charles Heller is the current Director at Walden University. Prior to their current position, they held the position of Director at Athlone Global Security from January 2004 to December 2008. Charles was also the Chair of investment committee of venture capital fund focused on homeland security. From February 2000 to October 2004, Heller was the General Partner at Gabriel Venture Partners, a fund with $260M under management that invested in early-stage, hi-tech companies. Before that, they were with Annapolis Capital Group. From January 1990 to December 2000, Heller was the Director at Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship where they built one of the top university entrepreneurship centers in the nation and assisted tech firms in Mid-Atlantic. Charles also directed entrepreneurship curriculum in MBA program at University of Maryland.

Charles O. Heller has a Ph.D. in engineering from The Catholic University of America, as well as a BS and MS in engineering from Oklahoma State University.
