Juliette Hickman

Juliette Hickman has been an independent director at Waldencast since 2020. Prior to that, they were with Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as an investment analyst. Before that, they were with Montanya Distillers and Capital Group.

Juliette Hickman has a BA in Public Administration from Nottingham Trent University and a certification from the Competent Boards in ESG Global Competent Boards Designation. Juliette also has a certification from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in Business Sustainability Management. Additionally, they have completed Harvard Business School's Audit Committees, Compensation Committee, Making Corporate Boards More Effective, and The Corporate Director Certificate programs. Finally, they have a certification from the University of Oxford in Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme and INSEAD Executive Education in INSEAD.
