Sarah Cannon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarah started their career as a Marketing & Product Development Intern at The Body Shop, where they gained experience in product launches, competitor analysis, and cross-functional communication. Sarah then worked as a Bartender at Harris & Porter Recruitment and Circo Bar, where they developed skills in customer service, cash handling, and problem-solving.
Sarah later joined Elizabeth Arden as an Assistant Brand Manager, eventually becoming a Brand Manager for the UK&I market. In these roles, they led marketing campaigns, managed budgets, and launched new products across different franchises. Sarah also represented the UK market in strategic planning and collaborated with cross-functional teams.
After Elizabeth Arden, Sarah joined This Works as a Global Brand Manager. Here, they were responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple categories. Sarah managed the marketing mix, including campaign development, creative execution, and asset delivery.
Currently, Sarah is working at Waldencast as a Global Senior Brand Manager.
Sarah Cannon has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management with a Year in Industry from the University of Birmingham, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Croydon High School GDST from 2007 to 2014, completing their high school education.
In terms of additional certifications, Sarah obtained a TV Masters from Thinkbox in April 2021. In July 2020, they obtained certifications from the Digital Marketing Institute, including the Pro (4 modules) and Short Course (6 modules). In April 2018, they obtained The Online Marketing Fundamentals certification from Google Digital Garage.
