Alexandre Both

Alexandre Both is a partner at Walder Wyss Ltd. Alexandre has worked in the legal field for over 17 years and has experience in Banking and Finance, Merger & Acquisition, and Regulatory law.

Both graduated from the University of Zurich in 2002 with a degree in Law. Alexandre began their career as a Junior Associate at Pestalozzi Attorney at Law. Alexandre then worked as a Junior Associate at Bovet & Bracher Avocats/Anwaelte before moving to Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law as an Associate.

In 2010, Both moved to Niederer Kraft & Frey AG where they worked as an Associate for two years before joining Goldman Sachs Bank AG as a Secondee in 2014. Alexandre returned to Walder Wyss Ltd in September 2012 and worked their way up to Managing Associate before becoming a Partner in 2016.

Alexandre Both has a degree in business administration with a specialization in finance and capital markets from the University of St.Gallen. Alexandre also did an Erasmus program in law at Heidelberg University. Finally, they have a degree in law from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.
