Philip McKelvey

Philip McKelvey is an accomplished Accounting Manager at Waldrop Mechanical Services since July 2023, with a rich background in educational management and teaching. Prior experience includes serving as Business Manager at Union Township School Corporation, where Philip excelled as Director of Finance and managed a multi-million-dollar budget while leveraging technology to enhance workflow. Philip has also been a highly effective middle and high school math teacher, focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving to inspire students. Additional roles include being an Assistant Director and Volunteer Coordinator at SpringHill Camps, as well as various teaching and leadership positions during academic training at Grand Valley State University and other educational institutions. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Teacher Education from Grand Valley State University.
