John Rajan

John Rajan, CISA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Global Information Technology Controls at Walgreens Boots Alliance since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Internal Audit - IT Risk and SOX Compliance at Hertz, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of IT SOX testing and various audits related to cybersecurity and compliance. Prior to that, John held the position of Senior Manager in Finance - Audit and Internal Controls at The Kraft Heinz Company, focusing on SOX administration and reporting. John also contributed to internal controls and governance risk management as a Manager at Kraft Heinz and served as an SAP GRC/Security Consultant in earlier roles with itelligence, Ernst & Young, and Accenture, among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Osmania University.
