Noemi Ventura

Noemi Ventura, MHRM, currently serves as an Employee Relations Specialist at Walgreens Boots Alliance since August 2024. Prior to this role, Noemi held various positions at the Schuler Scholar Program from June 2016 to August 2024, including Employee Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Associate, contributing valuable insights as an alum of the program. Earlier experience includes coordinating the Corporate Work Study Program at Cristo Rey St. Martin from August 2014 to June 2016, and serving as Assistant Manager at Gourmet Frog from June 2007 to August 2014. Noemi also gained administrative experience at Pitzer College and Pomona College in various part-time roles while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Chicano Studies, supplemented with a Minor in Spanish, from 2010 to 2014, followed by a Master's in Human Resources Management from North Park University from 2017 to 2019.
