Megan Leafblad Gottschalk

Associate Director Of Public Engagement at Walker Art Center

Megan Leafblad Gottschalk currently serves as the Associate Director of Public Engagement at the Walker Art Center, a role held since November 2022, and previously held the position of Manager of Public Engagement at the same institution. Additionally, Megan is a Project Manager and Consultant for the annual Graze 4 Good event at The Minneapolis Foundation and serves as a Creative Producer for events at The Great Northern. Previous experience includes managing public programs at Walker Art Center, as well as directing operations and special projects at Travail Kitchen and Amusements, where significant initiatives included co-producing a $250K Kickstarter project and leading various culinary events. Megan has also contributed as an Event Designer for Pollen Midwest and served on the Board of Directors for The Soap Factory, aiding in the promotion of contemporary visual arts. Education includes a Fellowship in Public Policy from the Hubert H Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs and dual Bachelor's degrees in Art Education and Studio Art from Bethel University.
