Sherisa Oie

Sherisa Oie is an accomplished arts manager and producer with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Tapestry Folkdance Center and Performing Arts Project Manager at Walker Art Center, Sherisa also holds a position as Executive Director for MashUp Contemporary Dance Company, where contributions include establishing sustainable internal systems and enhancing funding diversity. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Audience Engagement Curator at San Diego Repertory Theatre and Program Coordinator for Dance Education at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, showcasing expertise in programming, audience engagement, and dance education. Sherisa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
