Benjamin Adam Cruz has worked in a variety of roles in the creative and financial industries. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Creative Director & Brand Strategist for benjaminadam.co. In 2014, they held the role of Art Director for MarieVictoria and Business Banking Relationship Manager for Delta Community Credit Union. From 2013 to 2014, they were Creative Director for Mike Chek Entertainment. From 2009 to 2017, they were employed at Procter & Gamble, where they held the roles of Associate Creative Director, Global Personal Care (In-House Agency) and Art Director + Designer, Global Skin & Personal Care (In-House Agency). In 2022, they became Creative Director for Walker & Company Brands, Inc.

Benjamin Adam Cruz attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2007 to present, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Benjamin Adam also attended Northeastern Technical College, where they received an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
