Brianna Johnson

Brianna Johnson began their career in 2002 as an Options Coordinator at DR Horton. Brianna then moved to Wells Fargo Financial in 2007 as a Branch Manager, where they designed and implemented strategic plans focused on growth, sales generation, and effective sales techniques. In 2010, they became a Team Lead, Guest Services at Target, where they managed retail activities and increased RedCard applications. In 2011, they joined Beazer Homes as a Contracts Administrator and streamlined processes to increase efficiency. In 2012, they became a Business Operations Leader, Strategy & Training at McMaster-Carr, where they provided direction to Product Support and Sales Operations staff. In 2021, they were appointed Business Operations Manager at Walker & Company Brands, Inc., where they serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership team.

Brianna Johnson has obtained a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Brianna also has an additional certification in Essentials of Human Resources from Duke University, obtained in March 2022.
