Llb Kameka McLean (Hons)

Kameka McLean has over 20 years of experience in the field of HR and has held various leadership roles in multiple companies. Kameka is currently the Group Head of HR at Walker Crips since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Solidity HR Consultancy as the Global HR Transformation Design and DE&I Executive Director from 2021 to 2022, and as the Strategic Global HR Transformation and DE&I Program Executive Director from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Regional Head of HR EMEIA at Crane Worldwide Logistics. Before that, Kameka worked at Solidity HR Consultancy as the Global HR Transformation Program Executive Director from 2016 to 2018. Kameka also gained experience as an HR Leader at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets from 2014 to 2016, and as the Executive Director, Head of HR Europe at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. from 2008 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Regional Head of OD, L&D and ER at Monsoon Accessorize from 2005 to 2008, and Regional ER and L&D Manager at MK One from 2000 to 2005. Kameka began their HR career as a Human Resources Advisor at Times Publishing Limited from 1998 to 2000.

Kameka McLean, LLB, BA (Hons), has a comprehensive education history. Kameka completed their Master's degree in Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Human Resources Management from London South Bank University, graduating in 2013. In 2009, Kameka earned an Associate's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Bromley College. Their secondary education took place at Greater Portmore High School from 1995 to 1998, where they completed a Vocational High School and Secondary Business/Vocational-Industrial/Occupational Diploma Program.
