Corey Debnam Cooper

Corey Debnam Cooper is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate and multifamily capital markets. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Servicing at Walker & Dunlop since June 2019, Corey has held prominent roles at various institutions, including Managing Director at both Berkeley Point Capital LLC and Newmark Knight Frank. Previous positions include Vice President at Draper and Kramer and Red Capital Group, as well as a senior leadership role at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., overseeing one of the largest HUD construction loan servicing departments. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.
