Jennifer Erixon

Jennifer Erixon is an accomplished senior managing director with extensive experience in affordable housing finance and development. Currently serving at Walker & Dunlop since December 2021, Jennifer previously held leadership roles at Alliant Capital, where the national LIHTC origination team was successfully led, and at U.S. Bank, overseeing affordable housing lending in several states. Prior positions include vice president roles at PNC Real Estate and Capmark, along with substantial contributions to Mercy Housing, Inc., where a new national department for real estate development and asset management was founded. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Denver, and has also attended Vassar College.
