Matt Cabral is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in building and directing successful design teams across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Creative Director at Walker & Dunlop since January 2020, Matt has established an award-winning in-house design agency, focusing on a culture of creative excellence and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Matt held key roles at 3BG Digital, where responsibilities included overseeing global creative services, and at InovaOne Studios, where leadership involved managing interdisciplinary teams for brand development and digital marketing initiatives. Early career experiences as Art Director at CMD Services, Inc., and Graphic Designer at Decker contribute to a strong foundation in creative direction and project management, supported by a BA in Advertising and Design from The University of Georgia.
