Tim Cotter

Tim Cotter is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Walker & Dunlop since March 2014, Tim previously held positions as Assistant Vice President and at NorthMarq Capital from April 2007 to March 2014, where roles included Assistant Vice President and Investment Analyst. Tim's experience also encompasses a tenure as Treasurer at Historic Milwaukee, Inc. from March 2008 to December 2011 and as a Financial Planning Analyst at Rockwell Automation from July 2004 to April 2007. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Lubar College of Business, completed in 2004.
