John Ducey

John Ducey has a strong background in affordable housing finance. John currently serves as the SVP & Affordable Chief Production Officer at Walker & Dunlop, where they lead the company's affordable housing financing efforts. Prior to this, they worked at Fannie Mae, where they held roles such as Director Multifamily LIHTC Equity Investments and Manager - Multifamily Affordable Housing - Credit, providing credit analysis and structuring services for affordable housing loans. John also has experience at Calvert Foundation, Enterprise Community Investment, Inc., Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, and Muni Mae, LLC (renamed MMA Financial), where they were involved in various aspects of community development loans and investments, New Markets Tax Credits, and affordable housing loan structuring. John Ducey holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Bonaventure University. John also obtained a Master's of Public Policy with a specialization in Public Sector Finance and Social Policy from the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland - College Park.
