Scott Spencer

Scott Spencer is the current Vice President of Internal Audit at Walker & Dunlop. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Internal Auditor at the company from March 2014 to February 2016. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Scott worked as a Junior Professional at Watkins Consulting, Inc from August 2010 to March 2014 where they performed compliance visitations and loan level testing of both Single Family and Commercial Loan Portfolios. From December 2009 to March 2014, they also worked as a Senior Accountant at Watkins Meegan LLC where they were involved in auditing significant asset, liability, revenue, and expense accounts, performing analytical review procedures, and preparing working papers. Recently, Scott has been working with the Risk Services Group where they have completed internal audits for companies in the healthcare, not-for-profit, and technology industries.

Scott Spencer received a B.S. in Financial Management from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and Georgetown Preparatory School.
