Gaynor Hails has more than a decade of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Barista Maestro (Supervisor) at Costa Coffee, where they demonstrated customer service, leadership, and planning skills. Gaynor then worked as a Waitress at the Guard Polo Club, focusing on customer service and attention to detail. Gaynor also worked at Royal Holloway, University of London as a Post Room Operative and Student Ambassador, where they were responsible for administrative tasks, customer service, and flexible assistance.
