Jen Andrews

Jen Andrews has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jen started their career in 2008 at BT, where they worked in various roles such as Professional Services Graduate, Business Support Manager, and HR Support Manager. In 2012, they joined Openreach as an HR Manager. In 2014, they returned to BT and took on the role of HR Business Partner for BT Group Finance. Jen later became a Senior HR Business Partner for BT Consumer in 2016. Currently, they are working as an HR Business Partner at Sanderson Design Group plc. Jen has a strong background in HR and has gained valuable experience in their previous roles.

Jen Andrews began their education in 2004 at The University of Manchester, where they pursued a LLB degree in Law. Jen successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2007, graduating with a 2:1. Following a brief break, they continued their education at Kingston University from 2010 to 2012, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
