Lauren Boundy has a strong background in healthcare business development and client partnerships. Lauren currently serves as the Executive Director of Client Partnerships, Technology Services at Walker Healthforce, where they are responsible for the growth and oversight of healthcare clients. Prior to this, Lauren worked at OpTech as the Director of Business Development - Healthcare, and also served as an Account Manager, where they focused on B2B sales with healthcare and public sector clients. Lauren has experience in creating sales strategies, responding to client needs, and securing Fortune 500 clients. Lauren also has previous experience as an Employee Relations Coordinator at OpTech, where they exceeded sales goals and provided top customer service to contract employees. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Health Program Intern at The Kresge Foundation and as a Home Health Aide at GT Independence.
Lauren Boundy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science at Michigan State University from 2012 to 2015. Lauren then pursued their Master of Healthcare Administration at Ferris State University, graduating in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Social & Behavioral Research Certificate at the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative, which they expect to complete in 2026.
