David Slattery

David Slattery has over 30 years of work experience, starting as an Audit Senior at BDO Canada in 1990. David then moved on to various finance and controller roles at PSC, Azurix Corp., Capital Commercial Pipe Services/rePipe Inc., and Mohawk College. In 2006, they became the VP Finance at The Marmon Group, where they worked for 8 years. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Regional Controller for Canada, LATAM, and EMEA at Canadian Solar Inc. In 2018, they joined Hamilton Utilities Corporation as the VP of Finance and Administration before moving to Walker Industries in 2020 as the Vice President of Finance.

David Slattery has a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). David also holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons BBA) degree with a co-op accounting distinction from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. Additionally, they have obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
