Prior to their roles at GE, Camille held the position of VP, Operations & Human Resources at The Alden Group Inc from October 2008 to March 2011.

Camille also gained experience at Catalyst Community Partners, where they served as the Director of Business Development from January 2009 to February 2010.

Camille started their career at General Electric in 2001 and held several positions, including Human Resource Manager and HR Integration Specialist.

In 2022, Camille attended Cornell University ILR School for a Modern Chief Diversity Officer Certification, reflecting their interest in diversity and inclusion management.
