Camille Bryant

Camille Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Camille currently holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Walker-Miller Energy Services since November 2019. Prior to this, they also served as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at the same company.

Before joining Walker-Miller Energy Services, Camille worked at GE Digital from August 2016 to May 2019 as an Executive HR Business Partner. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the Global Digital Technology Hub Ecosystem transformation project, which resulted in increased productivity and the launch of horizontal software products.

Camille also has significant experience at GE, where they held various roles. From January 2014 to 2016, they served as an HR Business Partner for the Advanced Manufacturing Software Tech Center & New Orleans Digital Hub. In this capacity, they provided strategic HR support to executive leaders and was instrumental in securing funding for the launch of a Brilliant Factory and Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence.

Additionally, at GE, Camille worked as a Commercial Human Resource Manager for GE Capital Fleet Services from February 2011 to December 2013. In this role, they oversaw HR management support and led reorganization and process improvement initiatives.

Prior to their roles at GE, Camille held the position of VP, Operations & Human Resources at The Alden Group Inc from October 2008 to March 2011.

Camille also gained experience at Catalyst Community Partners, where they served as the Director of Business Development from January 2009 to February 2010.

Camille started their career at General Electric in 2001 and held several positions, including Human Resource Manager and HR Integration Specialist.

In 2022, Camille attended Cornell University ILR School for a Modern Chief Diversity Officer Certification, reflecting their interest in diversity and inclusion management.
