Deborah Fleming

Deborah Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Deborah started their career as a Research Executive at Watson Goddard in 1998 and then worked as an Assistant in the Sales Team at Legal & General. In 2001, they joined Pinsent Masons as a Marketing Executive. Deborah then moved to Eversheds, where they worked as a Pitch Manager and Business Development Manager for almost eight years. Deborah joined DAC Beachcroft LLP in 2010, initially as the Head of Bids and later as the Head of Business Development Delivery. In 2015, they took up the role of Business Development Manager - New Business at Latham & Watkins and Senior Business Development Manager at Clyde & Co LLP. In 2016, they joined Dentons as a Senior Proposals Manager and later worked as an Interim Bids Manager. In 2018, Deborah joined Walker Morris LLP, where they held the positions of Business Development Director and Marketing & Business Development Director.

Deborah Fleming pursued their education in a diligent and focused manner. In 1994, they enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University, where they successfully completed their LLB (Hons) degree with a notable 2:1 grade in Law by 1997. Demonstrating their commitment to personal and professional growth, Deborah engaged in further education in 2023. Deborah completed a Mini MBA program specializing in Marketing during Marketing Week, under the guidance of Mark Ritson.
