Maryssa Kane

Maryssa Kane is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in talent development and training. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Walker Consultants since July 2025, Maryssa previously held various roles at Wise from March 2018 to July 2025, including Talent Development Partner and Senior People Development Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing new hire onboarding for the Americas. Additionally, as the Regional Training Team Lead for North American Customer Support, Maryssa successfully developed a comprehensive customer support training program and led a team of trainers and mentors. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior KYC Agent and a 5th Grade Language Arts Teacher at Pinellas County Schools from August 2016 to May 2018. Maryssa holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of South Florida, earned between 2013 and 2016, with a focus on Elementary, ESOL, and Exceptional Education.
