Curtis Beitel

Curtis Beitel is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in water resources management. Currently serving as Client Manager at Walker Partners Engineers | Surveyors since February 2022, Curtis collaborates with various municipalities and utilities across Texas to enhance community sustainability. Previously, Curtis was a Professional Associate and Water Resources Program Manager at HDR from July 2010 to February 2022, where oversight of stormwater infrastructure projects was a primary responsibility. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at CF3R Joint Venture and Water Resources Team Leader at Jacobs Engineering Group, where leadership of engineering teams focused on floodplain management and stormwater projects was emphasized. Curtis began a career in water resources design at Freese and Nichols as a Project Manager and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from The University of Texas at Arlington.
