Fred Kolb Mba

Fred Kolb, MBA, CPA has extensive experience in finance and business development. Fred currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Walker Products Inc. since February 2020. Prior to their current role, they held the same position at ATALIAN from July 2015 to October 2019, where they were responsible for financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and managing various operations. During their tenure at ATALIAN, they successfully positioned Centaur Building Services Inc. for sale and streamlined financial reporting for accurate and timely financials. Fred also played a key role in completing the sale of the company within four months.

Before ATALIAN, Fred worked as a Business Development Consultant at their own company, Fred Kolb Consultant, from April 2009 to July 2015. Fred assisted various companies, such as Van Horn Power Sports Group and Upholstery International, in financial clean-up, business plan development, and other strategic initiatives. Fred also served as the CEO/Owner of Powertrain Protection, LLC. from 2011 to 2014, where they negotiated insurance agreements and developed an agent network for marketing and selling automotive products.

Prior to starting their own consulting firm, Fred held executive positions at National Auto Warranty Services, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer from March 2006 to April 2009, and at Fred Wehrenberg Circuit of Theaters, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer from December 2001 to March 2006. At Fred Wehrenberg Circuit of Theaters, they successfully developed a bankruptcy emergence plan and negotiated new financing capital for the company.
