Andi Sollitto

Andi Sollitto, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1984, Andi worked as an Underwriter at World Wide Facilities until 1988. They then joined Berkely Agency as a Senior Insurance Underwriter, serving in that role until 1996. Andi then moved on to Newsday, where they initially worked as a Classified Advertising Sales Development Representative from 1996 to 2002, and later transitioned to the Editorial Department from 2002 to 2005. Since 2008, Andi has been with Walker SCM, LLC, initially as the Manager of General Administration/Human Resources, and currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Administration.

Andi Sollitto, SHRM-SCP holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Studies from SUNY Empire State College. In July 2021, Andi obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, Andi has certifications as a New York State Insurance Broker for Life, Accident & Health from the New York State Department, and for Property & Casualty from the New State Department of Finance.
