Courtland Colding has extensive experience in client solutions and government sales. Courtland started their career at MPS Group in 1997 as the Director of Government Sales. In 2011, they joined AEL-Span and held roles as the Director of Client Solutions until 2017, and then continued as the Vice President of Client Solutions. Currently, Courtland is the Vice President of Client Solutions at Walker SCM, LLC, starting in 2021.

Courtland Colding has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MBA in Management at the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Courtland completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing at the same institution.
