Marissa Bell is currently a Customer Success Champion at Walker Tracker. Previously, they worked as a Customer Success Specialist at CSRHub LLC from February 2020 to December 2020. There, they were responsible for driving new client acquisition by engaging prospective customers in open dialogue to deepen their understanding of their pain points and needs, as well as build rapport as an advocate for their success. Marissa also designed and developed a monthly letter to keep clients up to date with CSRHub's newest releases and market insights.

Before their work at CSRHub LLC, Marissa was the Manager of Membership Programs, Ecommerce and Sales at Finnriver Farm and Cidery from July 2015 to September 2019. In this role, they increased program memberships by 300% and member sales by 33%. Marissa also developed a sales channel which increased market presence by 5x in three years. Additionally, Marissa launched and maintained a cohesive sales platform for multiple Ecommerce, point of sale, websites, and customer management software systems. Finally, they quarterly trained ~30 employees on the customer management systems, point of sale systems, and overall program knowledge - improving customer satisfaction through personalized customer experience trainings for each employee geared towards their specific learning style.

Marissa Bell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pinchot University in Sustainable Business Practices. Marissa also has a Bachelor's degree from Albion College in a dual major of Environmental Studies and Spanish. Marissa has taken courses in Sustainability from the Institute for Central American Development Studies (ICADS) and Spanish from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Marissa is certified as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program.
