Dustin Strain has extensive experience in technical support and management across multiple companies. At WalkMe™, Dustin holds the position of Tier 2 Manager while also having served as Tier 2 Team Lead and Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer since September 2019. Previous roles include Geek Squad Consultation Agent and Geek Squad MECP Basic Auto Technician at Best Buy, where Dustin engaged with clients and installed car audio components. Additionally, Dustin worked as a Technical Support representative at Epic Games and Ubisoft, providing support to players and managing accounts.
