Keenan Carroll

Keenan Carroll has significant experience in enablement and technical support, currently serving as Enablement Manager at WalkMe™ since February 2020, after progressing through roles such as Tier 3 Support Team Lead and Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer. Prior to WalkMe™, Keenan held positions at Peeq Technologies as Customer Success Manager and Technical Support Specialist, and at Tekserve Inc as Digital Marketing Specialist and Technical Sales Specialist. Additionally, Keenan contributed as a Web Developer at The Tech Academy, enhancing the organization's website. Earlier experience includes serving as a Real Estate Agent at Century 21 Commonwealth, providing guidance on real estate transactions and marketing. Keenan is a graduate of The Tech Academy, holding a degree in Computer Software Engineering, and attended Freedom Trail Realty School in 2017.
