Moran Shemer

Moran Shemer is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the EVP of Engineering and Product at WalkMe™ since May 2018, after holding positions including VP of R&D and DeepUI Director. Previously, Moran was the General Manager and head of the defense division at mPrest Systems from September 2013 to April 2018, overseeing software development and managing substantial budgets. From 2008 to 2013, Moran led the development of a national command and control system project that received the Israel Defense Prize, transitioning from roles in team leadership to department head. Earlier experience includes significant contributions to the Israeli Air Force, where Moran managed multiple development teams and specialized in advanced tracking systems. Moran holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
