Currently serving as the Team, Workflow & Project Management Lead at Walks since June 2021, Felipe excels in overseeing a high-performing team and driving operational efficiency. Previous roles include Risk & Payments Specialist at Accenture, where risk assessment and process improvement were key responsibilities, and various positions at Walks that demonstrated expertise in inventory management, European operations, and guest experience. Felipe's career began in technical support as a System Analyst at Atento Brasil, coupled with a background in customer service as Head Barista at Peacock - Green Deli. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics from Fundação das Artes and a high school diploma in Computer Technology from SENAI/SC.
