Amanda A. Russo is the founder and COO of Cornerstone Paradigm Consulting, LLC, established in March 2017, where expertise includes driving organizational effectiveness and implementing synchronized software solutions. In addition, Amanda serves as a speaker for Innovation Women and holds the position of COO at Walkspan Inc since September 2023, while also advising Portelle as a board member and COO since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Business Management Specialist at TIAA from 2014 to 2016, focusing on risk management and financial oversight, and as Operations and Project Manager at Bernstein Liebhard LLP from 2006 to 2013, facilitating client retention and project coordination. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
