Alan Ryan

Alan Ryan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Investments at Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP since January 2013, Alan previously held positions as a Senior Associate at A&L Goodbody and a Corporate Solicitor at both ByrneWallace and Lennon Heather. Alan's expertise encompasses corporate commercial law, corporate restructuring, and insolvency. Additionally, Alan contributed as In-house Counsel for Diageo, advising on a range of legal issues including compliance and commercial contracts. Alan holds a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland and a BCL (Law & German) from University College Cork, complemented by international education at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
