Zoltan Zolyomi

Zoltan Zolyomi is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Wallacea Living since June 2025, Zoltan previously held the same title at Audley Villages from February 2018 to June 2025. Prior to that role, Zoltan worked at Celtic Manor Resort from February 2011 to January 2018, where responsibilities included Assistant Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Bar Manager. Zoltan’s career began at The Omni Grove Park Inn as a Dining Room Assistant and later transitioned to Marriott International as a Conference Banqueting Supervisor from August 2007 to February 2011.
