Oscar Ruiz Batalla

Oscar Ruiz Batalla is an experienced engineering manager with a diverse background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Wallapop since January 2022, Oscar previously held the same title at Marfeel, where contributions included participating in product direction and leading execution for multiple teams. Oscar co-founded Atta community, a gamification platform focused on training soft skills through collaboration and engagement. Early career experiences include roles as a software analyst and technical manager across various organizations, culminating in significant contributions to projects related to information security, traffic management, and digital device software development.
