Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor (Research) at Monash University since January 2024, Phil has been the CEO of Wallara Australia Limited since April 2010, focusing on empowering individuals with different abilities through innovative partnerships. Additionally, Phil holds roles as a State Committee Member for National Disability Services since August 2021 and as a National Committee Member for Supported Employment. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Coquette Red, General Manager of Commercial Operations at Hawthorn Football Club, and Managing Director of Asia Pacific for the National Basketball Association. Phil began career as a Commercial Lawyer at Freehills and possesses a solid educational background with degrees in Economics and Law from Monash University, along with various leadership programs from reputable institutions.

Sages Cottage Farm is run by 100 young adults with disability and 20 amazing Support Coaches. Wallara Logistics is Melbourne’s leading social enterprise for 3PL, packing, kitting, assembly and land management services. Wallara Logistics provides meaningful employment through training and development for people with different abilities. Solutions are tailored to each customer and with over 20 years' experience, Wallara Logistics has a vast and demonstrable understanding of creating and delivering successful partnerships. The team has a breadth of expertise across many and varied sectors, leveraging specialist knowledge and leading practice to achieve the goals of its customers.
