Phil Hayes-Brown

Phil Hayes-Brown is an experienced executive and leader in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor (Research) at Monash University since January 2024, Phil has been the CEO of Wallara Australia Limited since April 2010, focusing on empowering individuals with different abilities through innovative partnerships. Additionally, Phil holds roles as a State Committee Member for National Disability Services since August 2021 and as a National Committee Member for Supported Employment. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Coquette Red, General Manager of Commercial Operations at Hawthorn Football Club, and Managing Director of Asia Pacific for the National Basketball Association. Phil began career as a Commercial Lawyer at Freehills and possesses a solid educational background with degrees in Economics and Law from Monash University, along with various leadership programs from reputable institutions.
