Brenda Jaeck

Brenda Jaeck is the current Vice President of Finance at Wallaroo. Brenda has previous experience as the Chief Financial Officer at netForensics, where they successfully recapitalized and reorganzied the company in collaboration with existing private equity and venture capital investors. Brenda also implemented self-created structures, procedures, and a budgeting process, as well as improved monitoring to ensure adherence with departmental budgets. In addition to their financial responsibilities, Jaeck also managed the company's IT and HR activities, served as the designated internal corporate counsel, and oversaw investor and banking relationships. Brenda conducted and supplied due diligence for various acquisitions and company sale attempts, and provided supplemental COO functions including (but not limited to) the full design, execution, and moderation of then-current company operations. Under Jaeck's leadership, net profit increased by 400% over the span of two years while also maintaining top-line growth. Brenda assisted in the complete monetization from an enterprise to a SaaS-based model, and transitioned cash flow from negative to positive—positioning the company for acquisition—during a critical turnaround.

Brenda Jaeck has a MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management as well as a BS in Business/ Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
