Carsten Wendt

Carsten Wendt is a seasoned professional in the logistics and shipping industry, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Industrial Account Development at Wallenius Wilhelmsen since September 2014, where additional responsibilities include Head of Sales for High & Heavy and Breakbulk. Prior experience includes roles as Team Leader for Project Sales and Key Accounts at Rickmers-Linie from September 2007 to August 2014, as well as project sales responsibilities within the same company. Previously, Carsten completed a diploma thesis at ABB Corporation, focusing on Project Cargo Logistics of Large Power Transformers and conducting process analysis across multiple international factories. Carsten holds a German Diploma in Logistics from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven, complemented by an academic exchange at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
