Rebecca Bodnar

Rebecca Bodnar began their work experience in 1991 at IOtech Incorporated, where they served as an International Sales Administrator until 1995. Rebecca then joined Marconi as an Attorney in 1999 and worked there until 2005. Rebecca subsequently joined Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics as a Senior Legal Counsel in 2006 and held that position until 2015. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President, Legal Counsel at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, and in 2018, they took on the roles of Vice President Legal and Compliance and Senior Legal Counsel with the company.

Rebecca Bodnar holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Hiram College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Economics and Management from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they are certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio with the Ohio Bar, obtained in 1999. Rebecca also completed the Global Leadership Development Program, offered by Thunderbird School of Global Management, although specific dates of completion were not provided.
