Dr. Mindaugas Lukas

Dr. Mindaugas Lukas currently serves as a Board Member for the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association and is a member of the Tax Subcommittee for the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. In addition, Dr. Lukas has been involved with Lietuvos Šaulių Sąjunga since March 2019. Dr. Lukas holds the position of Partner at WALLESS since December 2018 and previously practiced as an Attorney at Law at Ellex Valiunas and the Lithuanian Bar Association. A former Lecturer at Vilnius University Faculty of Law, Dr. Lukas has extensive experience in law, holding positions as a Chief Expert at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania and as an Expert at the State Tax Inspectorate. Dr. Lukas obtained a Doctor of Law degree specializing in Tax Law from Vilnius University between 2007 and 2013.
