Yuan-Chen Qian

Yuan-Chen Qian is a seasoned real estate developer and project manager with extensive experience in the property sector. Currently serving as Fastighetsutvecklare och projektchef at Ikano Bostad since December 2017, Yuan-Chen has been involved in various aspects of real estate development, including project management of renovations and new constructions in residential properties throughout Greater Stockholm. Previously, Yuan-Chen held roles at Wallfast AB, starting in January 2002, where responsibilities included property development and project management of residential properties and care facilities. Earlier career experience includes a project manager position at Skanska from January 1997 to January 2002, focusing on project coordination and client management, as well as a role as a property economist at Mandamus AB from October 1995 to December 1996, specializing in property analysis and valuations. Yuan-Chen holds a Master of Science degree in Lantmäteri from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed in 1996.
