Alexis Dunfee started with Wallick Communities in 2012 as a Development Associate and held positions of increasing responsibility until 2023, when she was appointed to Senior Vice President of Development.
Over the past ten years, Alexis was involved in the acquisition and re-development of 2,000+ affordable units across the Midwest. In recent years, Alexis has contributed to the expansion of Wallick’s affordable housing portfolio by pursuing and overseeing development opportunities in Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois.
Before her career at Wallick, Alexis worked for the City of Dublin in the Planning Department and was involved with various planning projects for the Columbus suburb.
Alexis has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning, both from The Ohio State University.
