SVP, Affordable Housing Operations at Wallick Construction Company

Rita Bishop-Aimar is Wallick’s Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing Operations. She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s affordable housing operations, comprising more than 170 communities across the Midwest. She works with the Affordable Housing Operations team to serve Wallick’s residents, providing them with safe and decent homes; ensure all of the company’s communities achieve financial and operating objectives; maintain net operating income, cash flow, and occupancy benchmarks; and comply with state, federal and other affordable program regulations.

Rita’s career at Wallick began in 1996 when she assumed the role of Regional Supervisor. Throughout her 20+ years with the Company, Rita has been a key player in numerous projects. Most recently, she led a team that created and implemented an enhanced training program for new and current associates. Rita also serves on Wallick’s policy and procedure task force.

Rita is Wallick Communities’ Principal Broker in Kentucky and Michigan. She is a licensed broker in Florida and holds an Ohio real estate sales license. Rita has earned the following accreditations: Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), Assisted Housing Management (AHM), and Accredited Resident Manager (ARM).
