Alex Askew, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Development at Wallin Education Partners since November 2024. Previously, Alex held several positions at The Bakken Museum, including Vice President of Philanthropy and Director of Development, from November 2018 to November 2024. Additional experience includes Development Manager at Genesys Works, various roles at College Possible, Assistant Director of the Summer Youth Program at Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa, and Lead Peer Educator at St. Olaf College. Alex began career involvement with Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa as an AmeriCorps Wilderness Crew Leader. Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Anthropology and Religion from St. Olaf College.
