Sébastien Helleu has extensive work experience in the field of R&D and product development. From 2014 to the present, they have been working at WALLIX Group, starting as a Core Team Developer and eventually progressing to become the R&D Product Line Manager & RTE. Sébastien has also held positions as the Bastion & Core Team Leader, where they were responsible for coordinating cross-teams, process improvement, and customer escalations. Prior to their work at WALLIX Group, Sébastien worked at IBM France from 1998 to 2013. At IBM, they developed a web site with IBM directory, including various innovations such as single-field search, mobile version, instant messaging, and integrated map features. Sébastien also worked on a VoIP call center solution, developing web features including "smart search". Overall, Sébastien has a strong background in R&D and product development gained from their work experience at both WALLIX Group and IBM France.
Sébastien Helleu attended IUT Paris XIII from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a DUT Informatique degree. Later, they also pursued their DUT Informatique degree at Université Paris 13, although the start and end dates for this period of education are not known.
