With a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Andy has held key positions at prominent companies including Walmart as a Senior Manager II - Process Improvement, and Tyson Foods, where contributions as a Process Engineer and EIM Coordinator involved optimizing plant processes and implementing inventory management systems. Prior to these roles, Andy served as Lead Engineer at American Vegetable Soybean & Edamame, Inc., overseeing plant operations and expansion, and as an Industrial Performance Engineer at Nestlé, focusing on consumer complaint projects and operational startups.
